(57) Abstract of the invention (utility model)
The invention relates to pharmacy, in particular, to oral adhesive therapeutic films containing lidocaine for oral cavity, which can be used in dentistry for the treatment of mucosal injuries, aphthae and ulcers. Oral therapeutic film consists of an adhesive layer containing the active substance lidocaine hydrochloride, edible gelatine, glycerine, water, rosehips syrup as a taste regulator, and ethanolic extract of propolis at a ratio of 1:10 as an additional component, with the following ratio of components, wt %: lidocaine hydrochloride — 3.0–4.0; edible gelatine — 22.0–26.0; glycerine — 33.0–37.0; ethanolic extract of propolis — 23.0–27.0; rosehips syrup — 8.0–12.0, and water — the rest. An oral adhesive film with the new composition having a strong analgesic effect and functional pharmacological properties is created.
