(57) Abstract of the invention (utility model)
The invention relates to the mining industry, in particular to devices for removing deposits from river-type tailings and can be used to waste tailings from tailing dumps.
The device has fixed support columns located on the territory of the tailing dump, a working platform connected to the columns by main ropes and a tower underneath configured for vertical movement, the upper part of which is designed as a caisson located between the columns. Stretching hoists are located on the working platform to ensure their vertical movement; the free ends of their ropes are attached to the upper body of the tower. A pulp pump is installed in the lower part of the caisson with a pulp removal pipeline connected to it, high-pressure nozzles are installed around the caisson and at the lower ends of the columns with a water supply pipeline connected to them.
The main ropes are stretched parallel to each other in the same horizontal plane, and the working platform is configured in form of a trolley with the possibility of moving along the ropes and is supported by wheels on the main ropes, while the device additionally has a towline puller installed near one side of the fixed support columns and a movable rope stretched between the fixed columns parallel to the main ropes and rigidly fixed to the working platform. Reinforced concrete drainage towers exposed as a result of the removal of waste tailings are used as fixed columns.
